Chana Flour




Also known as Neem flour, Cici Flour or Gram flour, Teddy’s Chana Flour is made from chickpeas and is a staple in Indian dishes. Gluten free, this flour is a great replacement for people who want to eat healthier and is super versatile (it’s also known to be good for skin and hair). You can replace wheat flour with chickpea flour in your dishes for a nutty taste and protein boost, substituting 7/8 cup of chickpea flour for every cup of wheat flour. You can even mix it with other flours according to your needs. If you’re baking something sweet, try chickpea flour, sorghum flour and sweet rice flour.
